The History

The Beginning

The Beginning

The Beginning

The journey started in the summer of 2023, when I was trying to plan a family vacation to somewhere tropical. Coming from the North East, a trip to Hawaii was the pinnacle of  Dream vacations.

The Beginning

The Beginning

Stepping off into Honolulu  airport I was greeted with this overwhelming feeling of Home.  After the first week I never wanted to leave. The Hawaiian people, the culture and way of life, was exactly what I was looking for.

The Beginning

Every morning for coffee, I would go see Maleko. He served the best coffee I had every had in my life. Low acidity, excellent taste and Fresh. Really fresh. The Coffee came right from Waialua on the North Part of Oahu. It was at that point I never wanted to drink any other Coffee and I desperately needed to share this with the world.

The Family

Where does Coffee actually come from?

Most of us know Coffee to be a dark bean or in some powder form that we scoop from a bag. Coffee actually starts as a small green bean, before it goes through its fermentation process and roasting cycle. This is an actual picture from a coffee bean evergreen in Waialua. These can grow to 16 feet tall if left not trimmed but we be prohibitive for cultivation.  Farmers keep these roughly 6 feet tall for easy picking, and it allows the bush to produce a higher yield.

Import of Coffee

After the coffee bean is processed and roasted. They are package in 50lb burlap sacks before they are sent to Ono Hawaiian Coffee on Cape Cod. There is no other company that Offers 100% Hawaiian Coffee on Cape Cod.

What Makes This Coffee so Unique

Unless you have traveled to Hawaii, you would not realize how many individuals biomes exist on an island.  The picture on the right is from the Halona Blowhole, a famous sight seeing spot located on the dry side of the island. The landscape is filled with volcanic rock, and experience very little rain fall being located in the Leeward Coast (West Honolulu).

Where has the North East side of Oahu gets the most rain,  making the climate perfect for growing everything from coffee, cocoa (chocolate) and pineapples. The soil  located on Oahu is a lot different then popular places like Columbia where Coffee is also grown. You Simply Need To Try it. It is Life Changing
